2017 is off to a great start… We are excited to have Colleen and Kara on board the team this month!
At Brenda McIntyre Realty, each one of our realtors and staff brings something special to the team. We collaborate and work together to make it happen – whether listing a property or finding the right home for that special someone. As we like to say at Brenda McIntyre Realty, ‘agents that love working together achieve the best results for their clients!’ As a result we can provide exceptional service to our friends and clients. Check out Colleen and Kara’s interviews below:
Colleen Olson, Realtor Associate
Can you tell us some of the places you’ve lived?
Hudson, Ohio – Boston, MA – Alexandria, VA – Annapolis, MD
What aspect of home design do you find most intriguing?
Interior Design. In my past life I did interior decorating for friends- I even did a NYC executive’s apartment! I love looking at a home and envisioning the possibilities.
What made you choose Brenda McIntyre Realty?
Brenda’s impeccable reputation precedes her. I instantly connected with her effervescent personality. I value her knowledge of the market and ethical business reputation.
Kara Dockery, Realtor Associate
Brenda McIntyre Realty are expert realtors in the area – what do you bring to the team?
I feel that I am knowledgeable on “everything for younger kids”…schools, parks, activities, restaurants, family neighborhoods, etc… I’m a good listener, patient and will complete tasks thoroughly and as quickly as possible. I like helping people.
How will you help people find the right home for them?
I’m a good listener and I love helping people. Listening to what a family/person is looking for in their next home and finding that home for them is a huge win!!! Creating the happiness a person feels after I’ve helped them find the perfect home is an awesome feeling!
You’re involved in a lot of volunteer work, can you tell us about that?
I enjoy helping people. I’m a daughter of an inner-city minister and through his career my dad helped less fortunate individuals/families daily. From a very young age I saw my Dad’s work and it shaped me. Being involved with numerous charities, volunteering time and resources, brings happiness into the lives of those less fortunate and into my life as well. Last year I organized monthly donations from my children’s school to LunchBreak. This year I’m interested in giving more focus to that.
What is LunchBreak?
LunchBreak is an organization, located in Red Bank, NJ, that works to provide food, clothing, and a gathering place for those in need, in our immediate community.
